These Terms and Conditions govern your use of this website and your enrolment in courses offered by Synaptiq ("we", "us", "our"), located at 175 Sukhumvit Soi 21 (Asoke), Khlong Toei Nuea, Watthana, Bangkok 10110, Thailand. By accessing this site or enrolling in a course, you agree to these terms.

1. Who These Terms Apply To

These terms apply to all visitors to this website and to all individuals who enquire about, register for, or participate in any course offered by Synaptiq. If you are enrolling on behalf of a company or organisation, you confirm that you have authority to do so and that the organisation accepts these terms.

2. Course Enrolment

Enrolment in a Synaptiq course is confirmed once we have received your completed registration and, where applicable, your course fee payment. We will send a confirmation to the email address you provide. Places in each course cohort are limited, and confirmation of enrolment is subject to availability.

You are responsible for ensuring that the contact details you provide are accurate and current. If your details change, please notify us at [email protected].

3. Course Fees and Payment

All fees are listed on our website in Thai Baht (฿) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. The fees for each course at the time of publication are:

• Programming for AI Basics: ฿3,900
• Hands-On Deep Learning: ฿16,800
• Machine Learning Engineering Path: ฿33,800

We accept bank transfer, credit card, and selected mobile payment methods. For the Machine Learning Engineering Path, instalment arrangements may be available — please enquire directly. Fees must be settled before the start date of your cohort unless a written instalment agreement has been made.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

We understand that circumstances change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

• Cancellations made more than 14 days before the course start date: full refund of the fee paid.
• Cancellations made between 7 and 14 days before the start date: 50% of the fee will be refunded.
• Cancellations made within 7 days of the start date, or after the course has begun: no refund will be issued, though you may transfer your place to a future cohort subject to availability.

To request a cancellation, please contact us at [email protected] with your name, course, and enrolment date. Refunds will be processed within 14 working days to the original payment method.

5. Course Changes and Cancellations by Synaptiq

We reserve the right to make changes to course content, dates, format, or delivery method where necessary. If we cancel a course before it begins, you will receive a full refund of any fees paid. If significant changes are made to a course after enrolment, we will notify you in advance and discuss alternatives with you.

6. Intellectual Property

All course materials provided by Synaptiq — including slides, written guides, video content, code examples, and assessments — are the intellectual property of Synaptiq and are provided for personal educational use only. You may not reproduce, share, sell, or distribute these materials without our written permission. This applies to materials in any format, whether digital or physical.

7. Acceptable Use

When participating in any Synaptiq course or community space, you agree to behave respectfully toward other learners, mentors, and staff. The following are not permitted:

• Sharing another learner's work or personal information without their consent.
• Submitting work that is not your own as part of course assessments.
• Using course community channels for commercial promotion without our permission.
• Any behaviour that is abusive, discriminatory, or disruptive to the learning environment.

We reserve the right to remove a learner from a course, without refund, if these terms are breached.

8. Certificates of Completion

Certificates are awarded upon successful completion of a course, which includes satisfactory completion of all required assessments and the final project. Certificates are issued in digital format to the email address associated with your enrolment. We do not issue certificates for partial completion or attendance alone.

9. Limitation of Liability

Synaptiq provides courses and educational content in good faith. We do not make any representation about specific outcomes, employment results, or income that may follow from completing our courses. To the extent permitted by Thai law, our liability in connection with these terms is limited to the amount of fees you have paid for the specific course in question.

10. Website Use

This website is provided for informational purposes. We make reasonable efforts to keep the content accurate and current but do not warrant that all information is complete or error-free. Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience and do not constitute endorsement.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Bangkok, Thailand.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The current version will always be available on this page, with the date of last update shown at the top. Continued use of our website or participation in our courses following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
