Teaching AI the Way People Actually Learn

We started Synaptiq because we believed there was a better way — structured, sequential, and built around real human progress.

— Our Story

Where Synaptiq Came From

Synaptiq was founded in 2021 by a small group of engineers and educators who had watched people struggle with AI education that moved too fast, skipped foundations, or treated all learners as if they already knew what they needed to know. The result was courses that felt disconnected — interesting in parts but hard to apply.

We designed Synaptiq around a different idea. Learning AI should follow a signal path: clear inputs, defined stages, meaningful outputs. Each course at Synaptiq is a checkpoint — a place where understanding is confirmed before the next stage begins. Nothing is assumed. Nothing is rushed.

Since opening at our Asoke campus in Watthana, Bangkok, we have worked with learners from a wide range of backgrounds: office professionals exploring a career change, recent graduates building technical skills, and mid-career engineers looking to formalise what they have picked up informally. The common thread is that they all wanted to learn properly, at a pace that made sense.

We remain a deliberately small school. That is not a limitation — it is the point. Smaller cohorts allow us to maintain the kind of feedback loop that makes learning stick.

Our Mission

To make AI development education accessible to anyone who is willing to put in the work — regardless of their starting point. We provide the structure; the learner provides the effort.

Our Vision

A Southeast Asia where technical AI knowledge is not restricted to a handful of elite institutions — where people in Bangkok, Chiang Mai, or any connected city can follow a path and arrive somewhere real.

Our Approach

Sequential learning with mentored feedback. We do not throw learners into deep water. We build from solid ground and confirm understanding at each stage before moving on.

Who You Learn With

PL

Panya Lertchai

Lead Instructor — Machine Learning

Former data engineer at a Bangkok fintech firm. Panya designs the ML Engineering Path and mentors all Stage 03 learners through their portfolio projects.

NK

Noppawan Keawkla

Course Director — Python & Foundations

Noppawan developed the introductory curriculum with a focus on clarity and pacing. She teaches Programming for AI Basics and leads mentor onboarding.

AT

Arthit Thongdee

Deep Learning Instructor

Arthit brings applied experience from computer vision projects across Southeast Asia. He leads Hands-On Deep Learning and runs the weekly build sessions.

— How We Operate

Standards We Hold Ourselves To

Learner Privacy

Enrolment and progress data is stored securely and never shared with third parties for commercial purposes. We follow Thai PDPA guidelines and handle all personal information with care.

Curriculum Quality Review

All course content is reviewed every six months by our instructors and updated to reflect current frameworks, tools, and industry practices in AI development.

Feedback Loop

Every learner completes a structured review at the end of each course stage. Their feedback shapes the next cohort's experience directly.

Mentor Qualification

All mentors are practitioners with industry experience in AI or software engineering. We do not employ instructors who only teach without doing the work themselves.

Completion Standards

Certificates are awarded based on demonstrated completion of all assessments and the final project — not simply attendance or time enrolled.

Transparent Pricing

Course fees are published in full. There are no hidden charges for materials, mentor sessions, or certificate issuance. What you see on the page is what you pay.

— Values & Expertise

What Guides Our Work

Synaptiq operates from a belief that AI education in Southeast Asia deserves more rigour and more care. The region has no shortage of people with the curiosity and capacity to work in machine learning — what has been missing is a school that treats the learning path as something worth designing carefully.

We teach Python as a practical tool, not a theoretical exercise. We treat data handling as a skill that needs practice before it becomes intuition. We approach neural networks and deep learning as subjects with real depth — ones that reward patience and iteration, not shortcuts. Every course we offer reflects this perspective.

Our campus in Watthana, Bangkok sits in one of the city's most connected districts, close to Asoke BTS station, making it accessible for learners from across the metropolitan area. Remote learners benefit from the same course content and mentor access through our online delivery format.

We are not the fastest-growing school in Thailand. We are not the one with the most courses. What we offer is something different: a clear, honest sequence that carries a willing learner from their starting point to a place where they can build real things with AI tools — and understand what they have built.
